D. R. Sriram has wide experience in the Value Added Services and IT domains. He has extensive knowledge of integrating IVR systems, setting up of Live centers, SMS Gateways and WAP portals. In his earlier role, he is credited with designing and interfacing World Phone’s billing systems with Operators pan-India. He has also been instrumental in architecting and implementing online customer interfaces, monitoring and MIS systems for World Phone’s customers. He has hands-on experience in IVR systems on IP as well as TDM-based signaling and has worked extensively on Dialogic, Aculab and Asterisk systems and is familiar with the HP-OCMP platform. Apart from leading the carrier technology integration components, he is presently also leading a cloud based telephony initiative on the enterprise front.
Gopi Naniyil has over 25 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. He had been in the mVAS and mobile live services domain for over 15 years and has been an integral part of effort in launching Value Added Services of World Phone in 1998. He was also instrumental in setting up WPI’s own as well as Franchisee partners’ call centers in various locations of India. He had set up systems and procedures in Finance & Accounting and handled the administration and HR of over 600 direct and indirect employees. He presently leads the content, product and operations teams.

His prior experience includes working with the Dotcom & the digital entertainment industry.
